Wohlfühlfaktor auf hohem Niveau und man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause. Positive: Die Wohnung und der Grundriss sind einfach toll. Fast jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Man kommt an und hat alles verfügbar wie Zuhause, muss also nicht an vieles denken. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe beim Caumasee und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. In naher Distanz hat es verschiedene Restaurants und eine Bäckerei sowie einen Volg. Negative: Der Aussenbereich ist etwas einfach und lieblos gestaltet. Die Lounge hat nicht zum Verweilen eingeladen.
